Review
Brent - Was sad to only have 5 competitors for this show..but was still fun. Same weekend as the westerns in SK, and some manitoba guys were out with injuries. LDB had some new stuff, and some of the old. Temps were great, the best ever in LDB (at least for competiting). The comp was over in 2 or so hour..so very fast running.

Wheelbarrow
Review
The wheel barrow was made by attaching some handles to the back of a tracker. Weights were then added to the tracker. I tested it in the morning, and found it very hard to do with out straps. I think I went 10 feet or something. Mostly because one handle was about 1.5-2 inches lower then the other. This put the right arm extened, and the left one..was sorta bent a bit. Really messed with my grip. So we decieded to allow straps. Good decision. Only two of us finished, and I was the only one not to drop. But it was close for me! Matt did really well her, managing to finish, maybe 4 drops or so. Duane was very close with 90'

Review
Kegs were very light. Disk seemed pretty easy to me..was not sure…how it would be. But the field stone did me in. I was last to go, and Matt was the only one that finished the medley..so knew what I had to do. Was going very fast tell the stone…then could not grab it right..and when I did..i dropped it off the platform and had to redo it. Took my time after that..as I knew I was behind Matt. Did the atlas stone easy..and just for fun put it onto a higher platform then needed.

Review
Was second last to go in this one..and was a little worried about what Matt would crank out. I went to 15. Matt managed 10, so was good for the win. Duane did 7 very slow strict presses. Not sure I could do them like he did!

Medley
Review
This did not go as planned. Made the mistake of using brand new shoes..thinking anything would stick to the black top. I was wrong. My shoes were slipping like mad. Really hurt my time on the truck. I realized I could not beat Matt after that. Did the duck walk easy, and the sled drag was tougher for me…so just got it done and was happy with 2nd.

Herc Hold
Review
Going into this there was a tie for 1st and 2nd, and for 4th and 5th. We flipped a coin and I got to go last. Matt needed to hold longer then 44 seconds to beat Duane, but his grip was not there. I felt really good at the start..was going to go over a minute..but once I beat Duane, I felt all to happy to let it go.
