Review
Al - A good contest. A lot of fun.
Scott - Thanks to Brent for putting on an awesome comp as usual. It was nice to have a comp inside and not in the heat. Hope to do the show again next year. And thanks to Curt for really good steak supper!
Tyler - thanks again to Brent for putting on the show and to Curt for the food afterwards. I know that Brent and Curt are the driving force behind the Altona show so thanks again. To Neil as well for reffing as well as the others who helped out.

Log Press
Review Al - Total crap from me. 2 reps. Dan won with 10. Scott and Tyler were both affected by having to go near the last in the first event and close to first in the second. Rules Press for reps

Hercules Hold
Review Al - This is what I was psyched for. I really wanted to beat Dave and everybody else in this event. Let me just say I am not a big fan of the Pulse apparatus it really jerks at the start. I thought Travis got screwed by that as he has a better grip than 2 seconds ( He did get a restart but it jerked him again) I needed a restart also as it jerked me out of position. I got in a zone and held on I ended up with 62 seconds. Dave was second with 47 seconds. Rules Pulse apparatus
Weight TBD
Competors take their grip
competitor ready,whistle
no excessive leaning back or forward-squatting down
will measure up for each competitor before the contest starts
Fingal Fingers
Review Al - All 5 have been done. Big Dave O managed to flip them all. Jeff did 4. I finished with 3 in 37. Not bad but I need much more explosiveness. Rules 5 fingers for fastest time.

Tire Flip
Review Al - A good event. I believe Dave won. He made the 800 look silly. Scott and Jeff were both very fast. I had a good race with Tyler edging him by .12 seconds. That point proved to be very valuable. Rules 650lb tire x 4
850lb tire x 4
Plan is to go 3 guys at once
90 second time limit
based on number of flips or time
