• Log press for max weight.

Semi Pull

• Tractor trailer pull for best time or greatest distance.

Quarter Deadlift

• Quarter Deadlift for max weight.

Tire Flip

• 800Lbs. Tire flip for most flips.

Crucifix Hold

• Side lateral hold, longest time, implement not yet set. 27-30Lbs.

Keg Load

• Head to head Keg load onto flat bed, app. 4' high. each keg will weigh app. 230lbs.

Medley

• Shield carry 300lbs, 60', vehicle push, 60', Sled pull,60'. Best time or greatest distance.

General Rules

• Proceeds to benefit Alzheimer Society of BC (Kamloops Chapter), a member of United Way of Kamloops & Region.
  
• Contest is May 29th and 30th @ Sport Mart Place in Kamloops, B.C..
  
• All staff will be meeting Friday evening (May 28th) at a location yet to be set. We will need to discuss layout and last minuit issues.
  
• All staff will need to meet by 10:00am Saturday to complete set up.
  
• All competitors will want too meet at 11:00am for final registration.
  
• Pre-registration will be $20.00, registration on the compition day will be $25.00.
  
• Contest will start by 12:00pm, Saturday May 29/2004.
  
• Then again by 12:00pm, Sunday May 30/2004.
