Events

Truck Pull

• Competitors will pull 3 vehicles separated by 15 ft of rope, with a harness for 100 feet.
• This event will be timed. If the competitor is unable to complete the event the distance completed will be used.

Fingal Fingers

• Competitors will flip three Hydro poles of increasing weight
• 90-second time limit.
• Time will stop when each finger is flipped

Farmers Walk

• Competitors will Walk 200 feet with 125 lb
• Short FW implement-women
• One turn
• This will be timed
• if a competitor does not finish the course the distance will be measured. There is a 90 sec time limit.

Medley

• competitors will:
• load a 140 lb keg onto a 36 inch platform
• load 100lb onto a 48 inch platform
• load a 225 lb duckwalk implement onto the sled and drag 40 feet,
• Flip a 300 lb tire twice.
• 3 minute time limit

Forearm Roll

• Competitors will roll a rope with a 20lb weight up 10 feet.
• Fastest time or furthest distance wins
• Both forarms must remain in contact with the platform at all times, one warning will be given.
• 90 sec time limit.

Power Stairs

• Competitors will l be required to go up five stairs with three duckwalk implements of increasing weight
• fastest time or most stairs completed in 2 minutes win
• 175 lb, 200 lb, 225 lb
